No appointment needed. Walk in through Busan Lotte Hotel main entrance. Hotel elevator to floor 14. English check-in form (3 minutes). Photo ID required.
Sample Collection (10 min)
Blood draw for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis panel. First-void urine or urethral swab for chlamydia/gonorrhea NAAT. Private bathroom on-site. Everything explained in English before any sample is taken.
Wait at Hotel or Return (2–5 hours)
Lotte Hotel restaurants, lobby lounge, and business centre available during wait. Or return to accommodation and come back when results are ready. We send a WhatsApp when results are available.
Results + English Written Report
Results reviewed by Dr. Kim or clinic nurse. Written English report issued: test name, result (reactive/non-reactive), reference ranges, recommended follow-up. Verbal explanation available if requested.

Chlamydia/gonorrhea: antibiotic prescription same day. Syphilis (RPR-reactive): penicillin IM or oral doxycycline prescribed. HIV-reactive: immediate referral to Busan National University HIV specialist with English coordination letter.
