11. Aquablation Device Data

The AQUABEAM Robotic System (PROCEPT BioRobotics) generates a 3D ultrasound map and robotic treatment log during each Aquablation procedure. This data forms part of your clinical record and is subject to the same retention, access, and security rules as other clinical records. A de-identified version of the treatment log may be submitted to PROCEPT BioRobotics as part of Seomyeon L Urology's certification quality metrics — no personally identifiable information is included in these submissions.

12. Communication Data Retention

WhatsApp messages and email correspondence are retained for 3 years as part of the patient communication record. Voice calls are not recorded. Video consultation recordings are only made with your explicit consent (stated at the start of the call) and are treated as clinical records subject to 10-year retention. You may request deletion of non-legally-required communication records at any time.

13. Verification

Seomyeon L Urology's PIPA registration as a personal data controller can be verified at the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission's public registry at pipc.go.kr.
