The free video consultation is not a sales call. Dr. Kim uses it to assess whether Korea and the specific procedure make clinical and logistical sense for your situation. If they do not, he will say so and suggest alternatives. We do not benefit from patients travelling to Korea for procedures they don't need.

Pre-Contact FAQ

Within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri KST). Weekend emails receive a Monday morning reply. For urgent clinical questions from active post-op patients, WhatsApp is monitored outside business hours.

Walk-ins are welcome Mon–Fri 9AM–5:30PM for: STD testing, initial consultations (no procedure same day), CASA semen analysis, and post-op wound checks for existing patients. For all surgical procedures and advanced diagnostics (Doppler, TRUS, uroflowmetry), a same-day booking is required. WhatsApp us and we typically accommodate within the same day or the following morning.

Seomyeon L Urology (busanurologyclinic.com) should appear as Busan's only listed facility. Then contact us — the consultation will be more useful once you've confirmed the baseline credential.
